Job Description

We are looking for E-commerce Product Listing Associates to work from home and help us manage and upload products to our online store. As part of the team, you will be responsible for adding new products, updating product information and ensuring accuracy across the product listings on the ipshopy.com platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Listing: Add and update product information on the e-commerce portal ensuring all details such as product title, description, price and images are accurate and well-structured.
Data Entry: Enter product details from spreadsheets, vendor ca00talogs and other sources into the system.
Image Management: Upload product images ensuring they meet the platform’s image requirements and are displayed correctly.
Product Categorization: Organize products into the correct categories to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Product Description Writing: Write clear, compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Quality Check: Perform quality control on the product listings to ensure there are no errors in data entry, product images or pricing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product data is up to date and aligns with current promotions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets and e-commerce platforms.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting product data.
Good Communication: Ability to write clear and concise product descriptions and communicate effectively with the team.
Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Previous Experience: Experience in e-commerce or product listing is a plus but not mandatory.
Internet Access: Must have a stable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop to complete tasks.
