What do we do:

We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues. Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.

Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.

Expertise Required:

Analytical Skills

Good in Data analysis & Data patterns.
Beginner level in transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
Capable of designing and development of Charts, Graphs, and simple Dashboards for Controls Testing Automation.
Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.

Tools and Platforms

Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI(Beginner)
Knowledge in SQL, Teradata
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal/written communication, and inter-personal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.
A strong team player

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
(Preferred) Postgraduate in – Masters in computers
0 - 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering Tableau/Power BI Dashboards/MIS/Data analysis solutions.
