Position: Data Analyst Intern

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decisions across design and development, sales and marketing, and the HR Team. This opportunity is for you if you enjoy turning data into meaningful insights.

What your role involves:

Analyze datasets related to business performance, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop, maintain, and organize dynamic reports and trackers using Google Sheets.
Convert raw data into meaningful insights through structured analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and strategic business initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Assist in designing and implementing dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor and visualize critical business metrics effectively.

What we are looking for:

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and charting tools.
Basic understanding of data analysis principles, with the ability to interpret datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
High attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to problem-solving and reporting.
Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly through written summaries, visual dashboards, and presentations.
Familiarity with organizing and managing large datasets in a structured and scalable manner.
