Seeking a skilled detail oriented Data Analyst proficient in SQL,Qlike View,and Python to support data driven Decision Making.

Job Description

Specialist, MIS

Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations.
SQL Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using QlikView to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Automation & Scripting: Utilize Python to automate data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by conducting data validation and reconciliation tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular data reports, findings, and progress updates to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.

SQL: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, data extraction, and working with large relational databases.

QlikView: Hands-on experience with QlikView for building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Python: Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and working with data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.

Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights for business decision-making.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work with ambiguity and deliver high-quality results.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of advanced Python libraries for machine learning (e.g., Scikit-learn) is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a bonus.
