Want to develop your commercial and creative writing skills at one of India’s fast growing IT company. At ColoredCow we’re looking for a talented writer, editor and proofreader, with a keen interest in marketing.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and uploading content to our website, social media, doing research, editing, proofing, and managing digital content.

Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders as well as designers and Engineering teams to develop content that’s original and compelling.

You will ensure that our blog topics are relevant, timely, as per our brand guidelines and provide reassuring advice to the aspiring candidates who are interested in joining ColoredCow

As a creative individual you will appreciate the need to present blogs that are visually engaging and appealing.

Using our content management system (CMS) you’ll help maintain the company’s website by building attractive and user friendly webpages, with excellent SEO. You’ll get to work collaboratively and creatively with our communications team, helping generate ideas for impactful digital content and campaigns.

Write clearly and persuasively for a variety of senior business audiences, including articles and longer-form pieces

Attend client and expert briefings to understand the client’s thinking on key issues

Interview senior executives and opinion formers across a wide range of subjects

Experience and Requirements:

At least three years’ content-writing experience
Experience of Blogging, Social Media Marketing, WordPress or other CMS, Basic HTML,Google Drive/Docs
Skills of editing, proofreading, copywriting, online research,Google docs
Qualitative interview skills
Interest in, and experience of, working with audio and/or video content would be useful, but is not essential
Understanding of key trends in business and technology
Organised, detail-orientated, self directed, highly energetic, professional and adaptable.
Manage time effectively, to meet tight deadlines
Show flexibility: grow, develop and progress in a creative organisation

Education:Bachelor’s degree in related field
