Job Title: Content Creator (Private Equity & Hedge Fund)

Location: Hyderabad Office, Hitec City (In-person, Night Shift)
Schedule: 7 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Aligned with US EST Business Hours)
Salary: ₹450,000 to ₹550,000 annually + Performance Bonuses ₹100,000 to ₹200,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Content Creator to lead our social media efforts on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. You will be the face and voice of Shah Equity, producing engaging and educational content to boost our digital presence.

You will be working closely with our team to develop a high-content strategy aimed at promoting our brand and generating interest from investors, partners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and produce over 150 short-form videos per month, showcasing Shah Equity’s brand, values, and business operations.
Social Media Management: Actively manage Shah Equity’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Podcast & Feature Appearances: Participate in podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos to provide insight into our operations and strategies.
Collaboration: Work with employees to feature them in content pieces, enhancing our firm's online visibility and engagement.
Content Strategy Development: Work alongside management to create new content ideas, enhance scripts, and ensure content aligns with our brand’s vision.
Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor social media metrics, adjust content strategies, and optimize content to increase engagement and growth.
Compliance & Brand Integrity: Ensure all content adheres to Shah Equity’s branding guidelines and maintains a high standard of professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Influencer.
Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce captivating content quickly.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and personalities.
Familiarity with video editing tools and social media scheduling software is a plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Shah Equity’s professional image.
