About the role

The Risk team operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. These 1LoD superstars are among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a data-focused Business Risk Manager to improve risk data infrastructure, build ETL pipelines, and support key risk reporting. You'll translate business and regulatory needs into reliable data models, working closely with various teams to ensure data quality, drive issue resolution, and enable sustainable growth.

What you'll be doing

Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
Designing, implementing, and testing controls
Developing and testing key procedures
Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
Registering risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports
Designing and maintaining data models and ETL pipelines for risk indicators
Developing internal and regulatory risk reports across credit, market, and operational risk
Monitoring and improving data quality across infrastructure and risk assets
Performing root-cause analysis of data and reporting issues
Supporting senior management with accurate, timely, and actionable risk data

What you'll need

A 2:1 degree from a top university
2+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services
Impressive SQL skills and experience working with complex data pipelines in a banking environment
A solid understanding of risk appetite, impact, and likelihood
Experience supporting control design and testing within the 1LoD
A demonstrated ability to interpret, structure, and work with complex datasets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and stakeholders
Confidence taking ownership quickly and delivering in a fast-paced environment
A methodical, well-organised approach

Compensation range

Lithuania: €5,700 - €6,000 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
