As an Analyst, you’ll be an active part of delivering this value. You’ll get stuck into client work from day one, work closely with our global team, and build skills that will serve you well wherever your career takes you.

What you’ll do

  • Support client delivery: Work with our consultants and clients to design, shape, and deliver process management solutions that drive results.
  • Create useful outputs: Build presentations, spreadsheets, videos, and documents that make our work clear and actionable.
  • Get hands-on with BPM: Learn our core approaches, use leading tools, and develop your expertise in business process management.
  • Use your analytical mind: Build solutions that bring insight to business problems.
  • Contribute to workshops: Prepare for, support, and sometimes lead sessions with clients to gather input, test ideas, and align on the path forward.
  • Improve how we work: Help us sharpen our internal ways of working as we scale—everything from templates to training to tools.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in STEM or a related field
  • Experience or interest in process management, automation, or transformation
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills (experience with social media or video editing tools is a plus)
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter mindset: able to manage your time and take ownership
  • Willingness to travel within India or internationally if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
