The BPM team drives business excellence by analyzing key performance areas like customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and sustainability. Through visibility, insights, and actionable recommendations, we support senior leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.

???? Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Performance Management Professional with a strong background in data analytics and visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, MS SQL, Azure, and Data Bricks. The role involves delivering key performance insights, driving analytics-based initiatives, and managing projects using Microsoft’s modern workplace tools.

????️ Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to monitor performance.
Perform in-depth data analysis using MS SQL, Azure, and Data Bricks to identify trends and business improvement opportunities.
Deliver projects leveraging Microsoft tools including Power Apps, Forms, Power Automate, and Workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategic actions.
Communicate findings effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Provide training and support to internal teams on analytics tools and best practices.

???? Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in business performance management, data analytics, and project delivery.
Proficiency in:
- Excel, Power BI
- MS SQL, Azure, Data Bricks
- Power Apps, Forms, Power Automate, and Workflows
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work independently and in teams across global functions.

???? Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science.
Prior experience in a global corporate environment.
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
