Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will analyze business data, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and document clear, actionable business requirements and process flows.
Influence stakeholders through data-backed insights and recommendations.
Support roadmap planning, workforce optimization, and performance tracking.
Identify areas for automation and assist in implementing process enhancements.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
Bridge communication between technical developers and non-technical business users.
