Job Summary

As a Business Analyst Intern at Movenetics Digital private limited, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between IT and the business, creating documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS), Wireframes, Flowchart, and research findings to executives and stakeholders. You will play a key role in guiding strategic decision-making through rigorous research and analysis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business requirements for projects, enhancements, and processes.
Create BRD, FRD, SRS documents.
Create Research documents.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, analysing product lines, the competitive landscape, and the overall profitability of the business.
Engage in specialized research to uncover industry trends, benchmarking data, and understand complex business challenges to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare, review, and document requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions, incorporating insights from research findings.
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements, informed by thorough research and analysis.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies, supported by research evidence.
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, applying research methodologies to validate and recommend solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and research insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Do unit acceptance testing of the product.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and research skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively.
A solid understanding of business practices, with a keen interest in pursuing complex research questions to resolve business challenges.
