Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry-Level)
NOTE : YOU WILL BE HANDLING DATABASE & MANAGING IT
Location: Remote

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

Probation Period (First 3 months): INR 8,000 (fixed) + INR 2,000 Incentive (based on QA efficiency)
Post Probation: INR 12,000 (fixed) + INR 3,000 Incentive (Increments based on performance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, analysis, and process improvement to support business decision-making. The Business Analyst will collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis: Input, verify, and maintain accurate data within databases and other software systems.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Data Quality Assurance: Update and correct data errors or inconsistencies while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Data Compilation & Reporting: Retrieve, compile, and present requested data from various sources for business insights.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management and process implementation.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Adhere to data security policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Optimization & Refinement: Continuously refine and optimize data processes to improve business performance.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation or equivalent; additional certification in business analysis, data management, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and familiarity with database management & LinkedIn.
Analytical Mind set: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy and efficiency in handling data.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
