We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at SleekSky Technologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and roadmap.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop new product and service-oriented strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development company working on SaaS products.
Proven expertise in working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or startups
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.05 - ₹2,500,000.76 per year
