About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Amazon Reporting and Analytics Lead to design and manage robust data reporting systems across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart platforms. This role involves building scalable dashboards, automating data flows, and translating business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both technical and business-minded, comfortable working cross-functionally, and eager to grow into a leadership role within six months with mentorship from the current Head of Analytics.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and similar tools.
Create user-friendly dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
Integrate and analyze data from platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Develop and manage systems for data storage and organization using tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
Automate reporting processes using scripts and APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams to deliver insights and answer key business questions.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all reports, systems, and dashboards.
Lay the groundwork for a high-performing analytics function, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
