Location: 100% remote
Type: Freelance/Contract - Part-time
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer / AI Expert to guide our company and clients in AI adoption, implement POCs, and integrate AI into real-world applications.
AI Adoption & Enablement:
- Help the company and clients get up to speed on AI by providing training and hands-on guidance.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and hands-on sessions to showcase AI capabilities.
- Assist teams in identifying AI opportunities and integrating AI tools into workflows.
AI Solution Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for various business use cases.
- Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Implement PoCs (Proof of Concepts) for AI use cases to validate feasibility before full-scale adoption.
- Fine-tune, customize, and integrate AI models from OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.
- Leverage cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable AI applications.
AI Security & Deployment:
- Implement AI security best practices to ensure data privacy and safe AI use.
- Optimize AI model performance, monitoring, and deployment pipelines (MLOps).
- Assist in integrating AI models into existing enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or automation tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI solution development, AI consulting, or machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Experience in building AI PoCs and validating AI-driven solutions.
- Strong skills in Python, R, or Java, with AI application development experience.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation, chatbots, and AI APIs.
- Excellent communication skills to train teams and simplify AI concepts for non-technical users.
