Technical Support/ Implementation Engineers
24×7 Client Support via e-mail, telephone and web access tools. Installation and configuration of CIMCON products. Troubleshooting of problems reported by Client. Visit to client.
Functional Area: Technical Support, Implementation Engineer
Industry: IT/ITES
Candidate Profile: 2+ years of Excellent technical support/global implementation experience who can travel anywhere in the world. Person should have experience in installation and configuration of Enterprise products and should have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Work Experience: 2 to 5 years
Basic/UG Qualification: BE(Computers), BE(Electronics), BCA, BCS
PG Qualification: MCA, MSc(IT)
