Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate – Publisher. The role requires a detail-oriented and experienced publishing professional to manage regulatory submissions in a highly regulated, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Publish and perform technical validation of submissions (eCTD/CTD/NeeS/Paper) for LATAM and Canadian regions
Conduct final technical quality review
Dispatch submissions to authorities or relevant affiliates
Handle post-submission activities:
- Receive acknowledgments from health authorities
- Capture electronic receipts and metadata in RIM
- Communicate submission receipts to stakeholders
Manage submissions-related correspondence from health authorities
- Upload documentation, commitments, and metadata

Minimum Qualifications:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Science Graduate
Strong knowledge of eCTD submission types and standard publishing systems
Familiarity with ICH guidelines and CTD structure
Hands-on experience with publishing tools like Liquent, Docubridge
Effective communication, time management, and adaptability in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs
