Job description
- CAD Drafting: Create precise 2D and 3D CAD, 3D Max drawings based on project specifications and design concepts.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that CAD designs are accurately implemented and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Bill Of Quantity (BOQ): Collaborate with project teams to implement BOQ requirements, providing accurate and detailed information for materials, resources and price.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients during site visits, addressing any CAD-related queries and providing updates on project progress.
- Documentation: Utilize CAD software and MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS. Word, PPT to maintain detailed logs of site activities, client interactions, and any changes in project scope.
- Product Knowledge: Apply comprehensive knowledge of various automation, accessories, and products, specifically in the context of CAD designs, to effectively communicate with clients project teams, sales, CRM.
- Measurement Oversight: Ensure precise measurements (mm, cm, meter, inches) are adhered to during the construction process, with a focus on CAD-related details. Should be accurate and pinpoint in measurements of site.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support related to constant voltage and current operative products, particularly those relevant to CAD designs. Should be aware of various site materials availability at same points of time to avoid wastage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within East for site handling and project coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD,3D Max is a must.
- Experience in site supervision or coordination.
- Communication fluency in Hindi, Bangla and English.
- Familiarity with creating and implementing Bill Of Quantity (BOQ).
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for documentation.
- Knowledge of various automation, accessories, and products in the interior/real estate industry.
- Willingness to travel within East for multiple site handling and project execution.
