Job Description Experience in managing Wind or solar O&M activities at site (2–5 years). Exposure to technical due diligence of wind projects. Involvement in preparation and review of lender’s engineering and financial reports. Working knowledge of transmission lines and BoP (including substations). Good skills in report writing and presentations. Understanding of drone-based inspection for wind, solar, and transmission. Experience in proposal and bid preparation. Ability to manage relationships with developers, regulators, and government bodies. Exposure to business development in wind, solar, and energy storage. PAN India travel flexibility if required. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
