Role Overview
As a Sales Support Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our B2B and B2C outreach, primarily focusing on helping us reach more schools and families to grow our impact. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communications, book meetings, and assist in streamlining our outreach operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling both admin tasks and relationship-building communications.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Administrative Support
- Send outreach emails to school leads, principals, and community organizations (email templates provided).
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars using tools like Gmail and Calendly.
- Assist with lead list management, basic CRM updates, and email tracking tools.
- Book follow-ups and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Research new B2B opportunities (schools, community centers, organizations).
Customer Communications & Coordination
- Follow up with parents who have expressed interest in our programs or summer camp.
- Help manage inboxes and handle basic parent inquiries with a warm, solutions-focused tone.
- Coordinate internal scheduling between sales meetings, team members, and school demos.
- Prepare simple proposals or email summaries for outreach follow-ups.
Content Executive /Outreach Support (Occasional)
- Draft emails for outreach campaigns or announcements.
- Assist with surveys, feedback collection, or data entry for operational efficiency.
- Translate documents or messages (English ↔ Spanish).
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in executive assistance, customer service, lead generation, or related roles.
- Over 18+ years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
- Comfortable working with CRMs, email tools, and task management platforms (Notion, Trello, etc.).
- Professional, friendly, and efficient in written communication.
- Proactive and self-directed with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in edtech, virtual learning, or the education sector.
- Previous experience emailing or calling school contacts.
- Familiarity with email tracking tools (e.g., Mailtrack, Streak).
- Experience working with U.S.-based school districts or nonprofit organizations.
