Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and adherence to safety standards while working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
• Assemble packaging materials and prepare items for distribution on the assembly line.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary to assist in the packing process.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with company specifications.
• Utilize forklifts as needed to move products within the warehouse safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing facility.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with packaging or product quality to supervisors promptly.

Skills
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the packing process.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting, particularly on an assembly line.
• Ability to fabricate packaging materials as needed for various products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
