Job Description :

Roles and Responsibility (Automation and Innovation)
User Migration from ON-prem to Office 365, DL Creation, Handing SharePoint online sites Quota Automatically ETC.
Leading Zero Touch Automation Project in which our primary focus is making all automations Zero touch (No Involvement of any Support team) for which different teams are working together.
Have experience in PowerShell Advanced functions and pipeline binding.
Have Experience in Python and its libraries development.
To handle all exchange office 365 related issues from end users and help team to reduce ticket count.
Secondary role is Automation. I am leading all the automation activities related to Office 365 and SharePoint online.
Handling Tickets and Requests for Office 365 (Messaging and SharePoint).
Other activities: attending scrum call and various BAU related calls, attending all the calls related to automations.
Have completed many internal small projects and scripts for different requirements.
Taking care of change management and problem management for O365 and SharePoint related activities
Guided users through the intricacies of Outlook, answering questions on a case-by-case basis Provided desktop support and on-call services to end-users.
Guiding the team members with the issues related to SharePoint and Office 365.
Messaging (Exchange Online and On-Premise)
Managing the Exchange on premise and exchange online infrastructure in accordance with Exchange server 2016 (Hybrid environment)
Creating and managing user/shared/resource mailboxes on exchange
Creating and managing distribution groups and group membership
Performing Migration from on premise exchange servers to exchange online.
Managing and troubleshooting outlook connectivity issues.
Adding and verifying domains with office 365 portal.
Managing exchange online with PowerShell.
Handling Client requests and issues related Office 365, Exchange Online and on premise.
Managing email gateway products Symantec MessageLabs and So legate.
Handling issues related to Mail flow, internally and externally
Handling requests related to eDiscovery, content search and in place holds for legal and compliance management.
Experience on working SEVICENOW, including Incident Management, Change Management.
