Job Opening: Manual Tester
Location: Temporary Remote
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication required

Job Responsibilities:

Understand and analyse software requirements and specifications.
Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
Perform functional, regression, usability, and cross-browser testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality.
Provide timely feedback and detailed reports on defects and testing progress.
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
Good knowledge of different testing techniques and types (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).
Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
