We're Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – Azure | Python | Spark | Databricks
Location: Remote
Exerience: 8+ years

Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to make an impact at the architectural and engineering level? We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer who will take ownership of engineering efforts, drive sprint-ready designs, and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end solution delivery.
Your Role:
- Act as the Lead Engineer across a specific product or platform domain
- Translate solution architecture into engineering guidance for nearshore teams
- Break down architectural designs into sprint-ready tasks
- Participate in backlog grooming and technical refinement sessions
- Drive technical discussions on APIs, integrations, data flow, security, and compliance
- Provide hands-on support during development, testing, and deployment phases
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for product, design, and engineering teams
- Contribute to solution design patterns, documentation, and engineering standards
Tech Stack You'll Work With:
- Languages: Python, Java, Node.js (preferred scripting/programming knowledge)
- Big Data & Processing: Spark, Databricks
- Cloud Services: Azure (Event Hub, ADF, Delta Tables)
- Data: SQL/NoSQL, Data Modeling
- DevOps & CI/CD (Preferred): Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development
- Hands-on with Python, Spark, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Delta Lake
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and cloud-native design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities
- Ability to explain complex systems in a simple, business-friendly way
- Team-first mindset with a focus on collaboration and quality delivery
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with Pharmacy/Healthcare domain
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, Containerization (Docker, K8s)
