• Overview

Our company is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of buying, planning, and managing inventory for a variety of departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Create and manage seasonal plans, buying and assortment plans, and product lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and operations to ensure successful execution of plans
• Manage and analyze inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust plans accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
