We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Hardware and Desktop Support Engineer with 1+ year of experience to join our team in Navalur, Chennai. This role offers hands-on exposure to supporting desktops, laptops, and basic networking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily hardware/software support

Troubleshoot Windows OS, networking, and peripherals

Set up new systems and maintain IT inventory

Handle user queries (in-person or through ticketing)

What You Bring:

Min. 1 year experience in IT support

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics

Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools
