Work experience in Interior project sites is a must.

Job Description:

To Plan, supervise, and execute projects with good communication skills.
To handle the projects and finish independently as per client's and Management's expectations.
This job majorly involves field/ site work.

Requirements:

Should be willing to go and stay near or at the Project sites anywhere in India.
Must have knowledge of all site activities, i.e., Civil, Interior finishing, Electrical, painting, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry tasks.
Must have your own two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required. (Petrol allowance will be provided).

Role:

Skills required:

Knowledge in softwares like Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Ability to measure the site and make necessary existing drawings in AutoCAD.
Ability to read all the site drawings.
Ability to prepare bills and estimates by calculating the materials, etc in AutoCAD & Excel.
Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BOM (Bill of Materials).
Site supervision for quality of work.
Communication skills English - Both verbal and written skills.
Ability to prepare a Project management schedule for each project.
Ability to prepare site progress reports regularly and send via e-mail.
Ability to learn, improve knowledge and skills required to meet the expectations of the role.

Responsibilities:

Management of site activities and adherence to budget.
Supervision of ongoing civil, interior & MEP works such as Project planning, Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc., at all stages.
To be in charge of all functions of the project including instructing and monitoring the site Labour force.
Coordinating with all other Consultants, Subcontractors, Architects & Clients.
Control and maintain the cost of material consumption, manpower utilization, and machine utilization
Ensure the quality work as per design specifications without any delay.
Maintain a day-to-day record of work progress and attendance at the site and provide reports to the Project Manager.
Reports internally to the Project Manager. Externally to the Client representative/ PMC representative.
Maintain the record of all the inspections of works as per the standard inspection checklists.
Ensure safe work practices at the site by educating and using appropriate PPEs which are to be maintained in good condition.
Attend refresher QA/QC training on quality and process compliance.
Contribute and support PM in achieving client satisfaction scores.
Delivering projects on time.
