Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pega Software Developer with strong Java fundamentals and hands-on experience in developing BPM solutions. As a part of our diverse and inclusive technology team, you’ll collaborate with architects and engineers to design and uplift backend services for web applications that impact millions of customers.
Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of an agile team, analyzing user stories and building responsive web applications.

Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC (v8.x/Infinity).

Hands-on software development, including writing code, unit testing, proof of concepts, and code reviews.

Develop deep understanding of system integrations across platforms.

Maintain strong collaboration with product managers, QA, and business analysts.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; support post-deployment activities.

Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and a culture of technical excellence.

Embrace emerging technologies and promote consistent best practices.
Qualifications
-
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

3–6 years total experience; 3+ years in Java and Pega development.

Proficiency in Java 8+ (Java 11 preferred).

Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of Pega components: flows, data pages, agents, connectors (SOAP/REST), case types, UI design, and decision strategies.

Experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocol, and web fundamentals.

Familiarity with Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega Cloud is a plus.

Experience in CI/CD environments.

Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
