Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, engaging prospects, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced ed-tech environment focused on meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Lumos solutions.
- Write personalized emails and proposals to prospects.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and internal sales representatives.
- Perform data mining, lead generation, and customer segmentation.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports using tools like Google Data Studio or similar.
- Track assigned tasks and report progress daily.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BE or any equivalent discipline.
- Up to 1 year of experience in business development or a related field (Freshers may also apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of market research.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with business tools like Google Workspace.
- Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Stipend (Internship): ₹17,500/month for the first 3 months
- Post-Internship CTC: ₹4 to ₹6 LPA based on performance and skills
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
