Position: Aircraft Maintenance - Process Associate

Experience: 1-3 years

What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated Data Verification/Ingestion Specialist, on a full-time basis, to contribute to our software platform’s success by assisting the technical team in verifying input data for a brand-new aviation focused software platform. This role calls for individuals with superior analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify data scanned from paper documents is captured accurately in electronic format.
• Preprocessing digital documents within the defined platform.
• Work effectively and efficiently with small team including engineers, management and other data verification specialists.
• Engage in small groups, reviewing, and verifying each other’s work
• Interact with other team members and clients in a manner that is professional and promotes collaboration.
• Continuous on-the-job learning and training

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in Aviation maintenance/records.
• Knowledge of Data Validation/Ingestion and management.
• Must be well aware of terms regularly used in Aviation.
• Experience with web-based technologies and knowledge of excel, google sheets, and other similar tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. (English)
• Attention to detail, internally driven/motivated, hard-working, strong social skills, professional presence, often takes the initiative independent of direct instruction
• Ability to work on a team effectively and efficiently, but also able to be effective when working individually.
• Previous work experience in a professional environment
• Ability to handle fast paced, high demand environments with strong stress management skills
• Actively seeks opportunities to help team members with demanding project schedules.
