Full job description
We’re looking for an AI/ML Full Stack Engineer who can implement our end-to-end, AI-powered solutions.
What You’ll Do
1. Build & Integrate AI Solutions
* Develop, train, and maintain machine learning models (e.g., NLP, recommendation engines) for personalized product recommendations and conversational interfaces.
* Implement scalable pipelines to process and analyze large datasets (product data, user interactions, logs).
2. Full Stack Development
* Design REST or GraphQL APIs to power real-time conversational interactions.
* Build frontend components (React, Vue.js, or similar) to embed chat widgets, voice interfaces, and AI-driven product discovery features.
* Optimize backend services (Node.js, Python, or Go) for performance and reliability, ensuring smooth customer experiences across web and mobile.
3. Conversational Flow & Orchestration
* Collaborate with Product and UX teams to design user-centric conversational flows, ensuring they align with brand voice.
* Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, Rasa, LangChain) for intent detection, sentiment analysis, and context management.
4. Data Engineering & Infrastructure
* Work with DevOps to deploy models and services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments and continuous model updates.
* Ensure robust data security and privacy in compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions that delight users and scale effectively.
* Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We’re Looking For
1. Technical Expertise
* Hands-on experience in AI/ML (NLP, recommendation systems, or similar).
* Strong background in a modern backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, or Java) and comfortable with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
* Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and scaling AI-driven applications.
* Familiarity with database technologies like (Graph/SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing solutions.
* Understanding of ML Ops practices—model versioning, A/B testing, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
2. Conversational AI & NLP
* Experience building chatbots or voice assistants using frameworks such as Rasa, Botpress, Dialogflow, Watson Assistant, or similar.
* Knowledge of transformer-based models (GPT, BERT, etc.) for advanced NLP tasks.
* Familiarity with text embeddings, intent classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
3. Full Stack Mindset
* Comfortable diving into frontend code for chat/voice UI components.
* Ability to build and maintain robust APIs that support real-time, conversation-driven interactions.
4. Bonus Points
* Knowledge in eCommerce, recommendation systems, or retail AI solutions.
* Exposure to LangChain, LLM fine-tuning, or generative AI approaches.
* Background in UI/UX or knowledge of conversational design best practices.
